What different payment types do you have available?

We have made it easier for you to pay for your electrical repair, service, or installation project. We accept all major credit cards, cash or bank transfer. If you need more information, please feel free to contact us.

How much will it cost, and do I need to be home during the visit?

Accepted Answer

The cost depends on the scale of the work requested. We provide upfront pricing so that you know how much to expect before the project or service begins.

For an accurate quote, an onsite assessment will be required by our electricians. As an indication of costs, our rates are as follows:

Call-out Fee (including site assessment) * 
Under 25km travel from Sydney ($75 excl. GST)
Over 25km travel from Sydney (110 excl. GST)

Our hourly labour rates are as follows: 
- $85 per hour excl. GST
- $110 per hour excl. GST

Our electrician will arrive onsite at the agreed time and will discuss the work you would like completed, assess the situation and give you a written, fixed price for the job.

If you are happy with the price and depending on the complexity of the job, the electrician will attend to the work either straight away or organise another time to complete the job.

We are based in Sydney and service most areas throughout the Sydney metropolitan, greater Sydney area, Central Coast and Wollongong area.

Yes, all our electricians are fully trained and insured electrical services provider.  We are licensed to provide our services in NSW and specialise in the repair, installation, upgrade and maintenance of electrical services for commercial, strata and residential settings to Australian standards.

Our NSW Electrical Licence no. is 11927C.
